Hey! My name is Erica! I've been doing hair since 2012. I love working at Morgan Ashley Salon because of the employees and customers I get to work with every day! I absolutely love color services from a balayage to a single color process, I love giving my clients a new look big or small to brighten their day. I'm also passionate about extensions. I'm certified with Dreamcatchers and JZ Styles. The methods I have to offer include hand ties, unseen, i-tips, and tape-ins. When I'm not at work I'm loving on our son Logan who is the newest joy of our life and of course our sweet fur baby CoCoa! I also love ending my day with a good book. I can't wait to meet you!

I started doing hair in 2016 and Morgan Ashley has been my one and only salon home! I love making those special connections with my clients and really getting to know each and every one of them. When I’m not in the salon, I have two adorable dog-daughters, Harriett and Agnes, and a nephew who I love spending time with! I can’t wait to meet you and make your hair dreams a reality!

Marli has been a part of the Morgan Ashley Studio Salon for 3 years. In the beauty industry, her ultimate objective is to create a safe and attentive environment for her clients while infusing them with a sense of confidence and radiance that can brighten their day. Marli finds immense joy in the opportunity to listen to and establish connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her expertise lies in creating lived-in color, executing balayage and highlighting techniques, as well as delivering precision men's cuts. She eagerly looks forward to meeting you and embarking on a journey of getting to know you better!

I went to school and got my associates degree in Salon and Spa Management, which provided me to be a licensed cosmetologist. I've been doing hair for 6 years. I specialize in haircutting, whether it's men, women, or children. Pixies, fades, layers, and more I absolutely love creating a style you'll be proud to walk out in. I love being a hairstylist because I meet new people every day and get to have wonderful conversations with extraordinary souls awd it’s what I live for. Hair is my life now and I want to make everyone feel good about the way they look.

Hi, I’m Summer! I’ve always loved art and painting. I realized after graduating highschool in 2016 that I wanted to have a career where i was able to serve people and make them smile. I decided to put my passion of art and my heart to serve others together and attended the Aveda Institute in 2017. After being in the industry for 8 years i have specialized in color and extensions. I love to personalize each color to my client specifically. My core believe is that beauty radiates from within. I will always make the extra effort to help your style match your inner beauty.

After 11 years with an automotive software company, I decided to step back from my full-time position to spend more time with my family. However, I still wanted to engage with the public, and I can’t think of a better job than helping our incredible clients leave the salon with beautiful hair and smiles. Norita serves as the Salon Operations Manager at Morgan Ashley and has been a part of the team for almost 7 years. Her genuine passion lies in ensuring that clients feel an abundance of love and comfort during their time at the salon. Norita particularly enjoys providing scalp massages, as they contribute to the clients' relaxation and inner peace, leaving them rejuvenated when they leave the salon. Hi! My name is Nila and I am currently a Junior at Oak Mountain High School. I have been involved with the school's auditioned Show Choir group for 3 years and I love to express myself through performance and style. I have a strong passion for fashion and art, and I have an eye for detail and a flair for design. In my free time I love working with different projects on clothes I often find at local thrift stores. In the future I plan to start my own clothing business and attend FIT, Fashion Institution of Technology, in New York after graduating.
