Our Policies

Cancellations and No-Shows

While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel an appointment, you must provide us with a 24-hour notice. This way our team of stylists will be able to adjust their schedule. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work with you. However, if last-minute cancellations or no-shows become a habit, you will be charged the full amount of the services you were booked for. We do require a credit card on file in order to secure your appointment for all services.

Product Return Policy

Though we  do not provide cash refunds, we are happy to exchange your product for a product that is of equal value within 7 days of purchase.

Client Satisfaction

We strive for excellence here at Morgan Ashley Studio Salon, but in the event that you are not pleased with your services, please let us know at the time of your service or within 5 days after your services have been performed. Although all services are non refundable, we will be glad to schedule a corrective appointment free of charge, assuming this was a mistake from your stylist and not something you might have changed your mind, after the service has been performed.

Please understand using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
